VA Care is a company offering a flexible work setting. Our technologists have the opportunity to learn and operate multiple systems in various settings, ranging from stationary systems to being part of a mobile route and working at different hospital sites. Our professional and support staff sustains the Company's mission by bringing value-added services to each of our customers, such as educational and marketing support, patient scheduling and managed care contracting.

In addition to these recognized holidays, employees receive paid floating holiday hours to be used at the employee’s choosing each calendar year.
Full-time employees earn two weeks of paid vacation for every year of continuous service with VA Care. Employees are eligible for one week after six months of service. After five years, employees begin to earn three weeks per year and after ten years - four weeks.
Tax Deferred Savings Plan
Eligible employees with three months of service are eligible to participate in VA Care''s 401(K) Plan. This plan includes employer-matching contributions. Eligible employees may also participate in our Section 125 Plan which provides tax savings with Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. Money can be put aside tax-free to pay for many unreimbursed healthcare expenses as well as dependent care expenses. Eligible insurance premiums can also be deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Health Coverage
Group health insurance benefits are offered to eligible employees and include medical, dental and prescription drug coverage.
Life Insurance
Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD &D) Insurance is paid for by VA Care and provided for all eligible employees. In addition, eligible employees have the option to purchase life insurance (optional life insurance) and AD &D insurance for themselves. They may also purchase additional coverage for their spouses and children.
Disability Insurance
Short-term and Long-term disability insurance is provided for eligible employees.
Education Assistance
We encourage employees to take advantage of opportunities to continue their education by offering educational assistance for professional and technical employees through our Continuing Education Program and Educational Reimbursement Program.
